5 Worst Eating Habits for Your Waistline...

some gud info to alll my friends...
Skipping meals and choosing the wrong snacks can create out-of-control cravings. Here's how to stop them.

1. You're too frazzled for breakfast
You don't have time to eat in the morning, so you grab a sugary doughnut or high-calorie muffin. yang ni memang selalu dok buat...
padahal apa yang kita grab tu lagi tinggi kalorinya...
Solution: Zap a packet of instant oatmeal with low-fat milk as soon as you wake up. Take bites between showering, dressing, and putting on makeup. Bring an apple or banana to eat in the car
really gud advise...nak kena make sure
dalam keta ada makanan...ermmm...kang ada lipas lak..kui2x

2. You skipped lunch and want drive-thru food
You've got too many things to do and each task is taking longer than expected. It's nearly past lunch and you're starving!
haha...ni pun mesti kita selalu buat kan???
Solution: Dig into your glove compartment for the high-fiber, protein-packed bar you stash there for such emergencies. When you get home, eat a lighter-than-normal lunch to compensate for the extra calories.

3. You're in a midday energy slump
You're low on energy and the office vending machine is calling your name during a midafternoon slump.
ni of course le...dalam kol 3-4 cam tu
mesti dah kelaparan balik....
Solution: Keep a supply of single-serving packages of nuts and dried fruit in your desk and plan to munch a few hours after lunch--when you feel moderate hunger.

4. Dinner will be late and you want food now
You have a dinner date with your girlfriends, but it's 5 PM and you're stomach is already starting to growl.
i selalu cam nih...kekonon x nak dinner lambat..
last2x ..kantoi..kui2x
Solution: Have a 150- to 200-calorie snack such as yogurt with some fruit or celery and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter a couple of hours before your dinner.
really gud advise...

5. You're snacking instead of sleeping
Your stomach is growling and all you can think about is food.

Solution: Grab a fiber-filled piece of low-calorie fruit such as a juicy apple or pear instead of, or at least before, diving into the cookie jar.

Better yet, go to bed—you're probably more tired than hungry, anyway. Recent studies of middle-age women found that those who slept 5 or fewer hours were 32% more likely to experience major weight gain, and 15% more likely to become obese, than those who slept an average of 7 hours. So go grab some shut-eye!
this is really true!!!lagipun kalau nak awet muda pun...tido
