salam....erm...alhamdulillah...hubby dah bleh discharge hari nih...
after staying there about 3days and 2night...haha..
cam stay kat hotel plak...anyway, doc bagitau
the other kidney..which is on his right...ada small stone too....
but it can be reverse....if he consume lots of plain water
and avoid food high in uric acid....then...doc said that
his cholesterol level also high....and the rest looks fine....
anyway, b'4 this pun mmg tinggi...tapi tu la...
mkn x jaga...haha...i le yang salah nih....kui2x...
suka sgt tgk hubby mkn...hah...kan dah nak kena diet pas nih...
masa hubby kat spital....time nak balik tu la yg jenuh sket...
amirah keep asking me...mana abah...pastu nangis nak abah dia..
jenuh gak la nak memujuknya.....zafri relax he...haha...

insyaallah akak....tu la...especially amirah la...zafri x reti lagi...
x pe diet. bukan tak makan langsung. kita yang tak sakit pun ikut diet. biar sama² sihat.
